Setup Team
Our setup team envisions creating a space of excellence and order, dedicated to serving with integrity and attention to detail. We aim to reflect the spirit of service exemplified in scripture, ensuring that our environment is prepared to facilitate meaningful gatherings and worship experiences. By upholding the highest standards in our preparations, we honor our commitment to serve our community and support the mission of our ministry.
Biblical Examples of Serving with Excellence
- Acts 6:1-4: This passage describes the appointment of seven men to oversee the distribution of food to widows. The apostles recognized the need for dedicated individuals to handle this important task with diligence and excellence, allowing the apostles to focus on prayer and the ministry of the word. The verse highlights the importance of managing practical needs effectively.
- Acts 6:3: “Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them.”
- Exodus 35:30-35: Bezalel and Oholiab were filled with the Spirit of God, skilled in craftsmanship, and entrusted with the task of constructing the tabernacle and its furnishings. Their work was characterized by excellence and dedication to God’s instructions:
- Exodus 35:34: “And he has given both him and Oholiab son of Ahisamak, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach others.”
- Kings 7:13-14: Hiram of Tyre was a skilled craftsman who worked with excellence in constructing the temple’s furnishings. His meticulous work exemplified high standards of craftsmanship:
- Kings 7:14: “He was highly skilled in working with bronze. He came to King Solomon and did all the work assigned to him.”

Worship Team
Our worship team is dedicated to creating an atmosphere where God’s presence is profoundly felt and His anointing flows freely. We are committed to leading with excitement and passion, drawing from the joy and fervor that characterize our faith. Our goal is to inspire and engage our community through vibrant worship, where hearts are uplifted, and spirits are renewed.
Presence and Anointing
- Psalm 22:3: “But you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.”
- Isaiah 61:1: “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.”
Excitement and Passion
- Psalm 149:3: “Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp.”
- Psalm 100:1-2: “Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.”
Dancing and Worship:
- Samuel 6:14: “Wearing a linen ephod, David danced before the Lord with all his might.”

Evangelism Team
Our evangelism team is committed to transforming our city in the week leading up to our event by reaching out with compassion and dedication. We aim to connect with local ministries, organizations, and individuals, including the homeless and those struggling with addiction, to invite them into a life-changing experience. Through proactive engagement and heartfelt invitation, we seek to create a unified, welcoming community that is prepared to experience the transformative power of our event.
Evangelism Team Member Responsibilities
Outreach and Engagement
- Contact local ministries and organizations to build partnerships and invite them to participate in or support the event.
- Visit homeless encampments and engage with individuals experiencing addiction, offering support and inviting them to the event.
- Go door-to-door within the community to personally promote the event, providing information and answering questions.
Community Connection
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials about the event throughout the city.
- Coordinate with local support groups, including Celebrate Recovery and other recovery meetings, to extend invitations and build rapport.
- Share personal testimonies and stories to inspire and encourage community members to attend.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow team members to strategize and execute outreach plans effectively.
- Attend team meetings to report on progress, share insights, and plan for upcoming activities.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure alignment in messaging and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Passion for evangelism and a heart for reaching out to those in need.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals and groups.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in outreach or community engagement is a plus but not required.
Commitment
- Full engagement for the week leading up to the event, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Willingness to participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

- Historical Moves of God — The Great Awakening (18th Century): This period of religious revival in Britain and America saw powerful preaching and widespread conversions. Figures like Jonathan Edwards and George Whitefield traveled extensively, preaching to crowds and igniting a passion for evangelism.
- The Azusa Street Revival (1906-1915): Led by William J. Seymour, this revival in Los Angeles was a significant move of God characterized by dynamic worship, speaking in tongues, and healing. It played a pivotal role in the growth of the Pentecostal movement and global missions.
- Luke 10:1-2: Jesus sends out seventy-two followers to prepare the way for His ministry: “After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. He told them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.’”
